We love a good road trip! For events in South Austin, Dripping Springs, Burnet, or beyond, we charge a modest travel fee per mile to cover our team's time and transportation. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific venue location.

We are proudly based in Leander, TX and serve the greater North Austin and Hill Country area. We provide complimentary travel to any venue within 25 miles of our home base.

Texas weather can be unpredictable! We can set up outdoors as long as the booth is on a level, paved surface (no grass or dirt) and is completely protected from direct sunlight, wind, and rain (such as under a professional tent or covered porch).

Depending on your package, guests can receive high-quality physical prints on the spot and/or instant digital copies via text, email, or QR code. After the event, you’ll receive a link to a full digital gallery of every photo taken.

Yes! We pride ourselves on being a premier activation company. We will work with you to design a custom overlay that includes your event date, names, branding, or theme so your keepsakes feel truly personal.

Every Picture It Texas Silver and Gold activation includes a professional, friendly attendant (or two!) to ensure the booth runs smoothly, help guests with props, and keep the energy high.

We need access to a standard 110V (3-prong) power outlet on a dedicated circuit within 20 feet of the setup area.

For the best experience, we typically require a 10' x 10' area with a height clearance of at least 8 feet. This ensures plenty of room for the booth, a prop table, a backdrop, and—most importantly—your guests to strike a pose!

We love traveling to bring the party to you! We are based in Leander and provide complimentary travel for any event within 25 miles of our location. For events outside of this radius, a modest travel fee will be applied to cover fuel and time and if necessary lodging.

To officially lock in your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a $100 non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event

We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed! Popular dates (especially Saturdays in the spring and fall) tend to fill up 6–12 months in advance. However, if you have a last-minute event, reach out—we’ll always do our best to squeeze you in.

Of course! While we have a library of premium backdrops to choose from, we are happy to use a custom one you’ve provided or even use a beautiful feature wall at your venue as the background. We can even arrange for custom ordered backdrop to match the theme for your event. There is an additional cost for this service.

What's a photo booth without props? We provide a curated selection of high-quality, fun props tailored to your event type. If you have a specific theme (Gatsby, Luau, Corporate Branding), let us know and we can discuss custom prop options! (There is an additional cost for custom props)
